GA 529 plan for kids college savings

Somehow I missed the fact that in 2007 governor Sonny Perdue changed the income restrictions on getting a tax deduction for 529 plan contributions in Georgia. It is actually still possible to make a contribution now for tax year 2008 if you haven't already filed your taxes. You can deduct up to $2,000 per contribution per beneficiary from Ga taxes.
